Warm-Up Drills

The following exercises have been specially developed to help you make the most of the HeavySwing—during warm-up, in off-season training and in the on-deck circle.

HeavySwing “Super Six”

In the on-deck circle, you often have very little time to stretch, warm up and get loose before stepping up into the batter’s box. The “Super Six” is a customized set of six exercises that will help you use the HeavySwing to quickly activate all the major muscle groups before stepping up to the plate.
