Baseball Factory

Baseball Factory is the nation's leader in player development and college recruiting. Baseball Factory was founded in 1994 by Steve Sclafani to provide a service that would advise and educate players on the college recruiting process.  Today, Baseball Factory holds over 500 events each year and provides players nationwide with the very best instruction, tournament competition, and college planning and guidance. It has developed programs to provide players, parents, high school coaches, college coaches, and professional scouts with year round advice and training so that they all can benefit from Baseball Factory's long-standing relationships in the baseball community.

Baseball Factory provides life-changing experiences through world-class instruction and ongoing college recruiting assistance to insure that our players find success at the high school, college and professional levels.  Baseball Factory events have featured more than 350+ players who have played or are currently playing in the Majors and over 50,000 alumni have gone on to play in college. 99% of all Division 1, 70% of Division 2 and 60% of Division 3 college baseball rosters have at least one Baseball Factory alum.

Extra Innings

Established in 1996, Extra Innings is recognized as the premiere indoor baseball and softball organization. Extra Innings’ state-of-the-art Training Centers and Locker Rooms are dedicated to covering all the bases and fulfilling the needs of players of all ages and abilities. Extra Innings has 29 locations across the United States.

Diamond Nation

Diamond Nation is the nation’s premier baseball and softball tournament complex. Located in Flemington, NJ, Diamond Nation is dedicated to providing top-level instruction and facilities for serious players looking to take their game to the next level. Diamond Nation has created an environment that allows players the opportunity to learn and train properly in order to advance their skills and playing abilities.

Diamond Nation’s 65-acre campus consists of 250,000 square feet of indoor facilities, 700,000 square feet of turf fields, and the ability to play up to 10 games simultaneously. Diamond Nation has the distinction of having the country’s largest amateur sports dome, as well the largest artificial turf baseball and softball complex in the U.S.

Softball Factory

Softball Factory provides softball players nationwide with expert instruction, college planning and guidance. Softball Factory has developed programs to provide players, parents, high school coaches and college coaches with year round advice and training so that they all can benefit from Softball Factory’s relationships in the Softball community. These programs include the Premium Video Program (Ages 13 – 18) and the Little League® National Player Evaluation & Training Tour (Ages 10 – 12).

Softball Factory’s mission is to assist youth and high school players in their skill development while providing guidance both on and off the field. Softball Factory works to assist each student athlete in their ultimate quest to play at the college level.

Softball Factory is a division of Baseball Factory. Baseball Factory has been a leader of player development, tournaments and college guidance for high school baseball players for the past 20 years. Baseball Factory has more than 350 players who have played or are currently playing in the Majors.
